I studied nutrition, became certified, and transformed my body—losing 25 kg in just 3 months. After pregnancy, I repeated the journey, proving that with dedication, anything is possible.

Now, I guide others on their wellness journey—especially women and new moms—through personalized plans and motivational coaching.
